Modern medicine has no borders, in the last decades interpreting became extremely important in medical situations. Medical interpretation gives free language access to medical care for people traveling and living outside national borders. I offer consecutive and liaison interpreting services.

Consecutive interpreting

Consecutive interpreting can also be called gradual interpreting because the spoken text is interpreted in parts or sentences into the target language. After a few minutes, usually after expressing a whole idea, the speaker leaves time for the interpreter to interpret the content into the target language. This type of interpreting is most commonly used interpreting at meetings, conferences, for short or small organizations, events.

Liaison interpreting

Medical liaison interpreting takes place in several medical situations which encourage contact and make it possible to establish direct links between patients and health care professionals. In medical consultations as well as hospitalizations in medical centres, public and private hospital, I offer a specific medical interpretation service that fosters communication between the medical staff, patients, and family.
